Current needs
There is a role for your strengths.
These roles reflect the owner meeting. Concessions and field preparation are not current recruitment priorities and have intentionally been left off.
Assistant coach
Support instruction, practices, evaluations, team communication, and a positive experience for players at every skill level.
Scorekeeper
Help keep games organized and accurate. Future score submission and standings workflows will be defined with the league platform.
Photo contributor
Share approved game and practice photos for review. Nothing featuring a minor will be published without documented parent or guardian permission.
Practice parent
A rotating parent presence at practices was proposed to increase visibility and participation. The exact role and safeguarding policy are still being developed.
Gear donor
Help new players get started by offering clean, safe, usable softball equipment once the league’s collection process is established.
Client input needed
Confirm volunteer screening by role, training requirements, minimum age, time commitments, practice-parent policy, photo-upload workflow, and equipment safety/acceptance standards.
